Can I mix CD and DVD disks in the same backup?

While making a full backup, I ran out of DVD disks and continued the backup on CD-R disks. Is this okay?
Answer:
Yes, you can have a mix of disks when doing a backup. Abbackup detects the disk type and will fill up each disk with data.
Remember that a DVD-R can hold roughly the same amount of data as 6-7 CD-R disks, so if you have lots of data to back up, it will fit on a lot fewer DVD's than CD's.
